Welcome!

I'm Karen, a Licensed Esthetician and Certified Holistic Health Consultant. I enjoy improving wellness and radiance of the skin, as well as the whole person, through relaxing treatments and products that are nourishing, safe, beneficial, results-driven and life-enhancing. In fact, the products are safe and healthy enough to eat. Although, I don't encourage it, as they may not taste as good as they smell!

My interest in wellness began when I was a teenager, after observing firsthand the wonderful results patients were receiving from Chiropractic, physical therapy and massage in my mother's chiropractic clinic. I originally decided to become an esthetician to do makeup, however while in skincare school, my direction toward assisting others to health (rather than makeup application) became my passion. I received my Esthetics training and diploma from International School of Skin, Nailcare & Massage Therapy, in Atlanta, Georgia.

After observing the continued improvement in clients after therapeutic gentle facials, I chose to further my hands-on approach in wellness. Having the honor of being trained one-on-one by an amazingly gifted healer and instructor, Sharon Jamrose, in 1993 I received certification in the Joseph Stephenson Creative Healing Technique of lymphatic drainage.

Continuing my education and studies in health, in 2011 I received my Holistic Health Coach certification from Institute for Integrative Nutrition.

My passion is providing A Therapeutic & Healthy Approach for Face, Body & WellBeing. Skincare and wellness can be achieved via synergistic steps; customized organic skincare treatments, lymphatic health, relaxation, and an individualized wellness routine for self care. "ATHA", in Hebrew, means "Praise The Lord", so that was confirmation that this Acronym of A Therapeutic Healthy Approach fits.

When I'm not in the skincare and wellness studio, I enjoy living life to the fullest with family, friends, outdoors, and learning new skills with our amazing grandkids.

In wellness and gratitude,

Karen
